The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and later on converted under Section 395 of I.P.C.

Allegation is that four unknown miscreants looted cash, jewellary, mobiles, old camera etc.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2018. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Neither any incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner has been put on T.I.P.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. case No.255 of 2018.
