2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Pandaul P.S. Case No. 252/2024, registered for offence punishable under Section 309(6) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act and later on, Sections 310(2), 311, 61(2) of B.N.S. were added.

3. As per F.I.R., four persons on two motorcycles stopped the informant, snatched his bag containing cash of Rs. 40,000/-. It is further alleged that out of aforesaid four miscreants, one person fired on informant, causing him fire-arm injury and thereafter, all the accused persons took away motorcycle, mobile phone and bag of the informant.

4. Name of petitioner surfaced during course of investigation and alleged motorcycle and mobile phone of informant have been recovered from the possession of petitioner.
