Petitioner is in jail custody since 21.6.2015 and earlier his prayer for bail was rejected by this court taking note of allegation as well as his criminal antecedent but trial court has reported that up till now, only charge could be framed against the petitioner. Therefore, the aforesaid fact goes to show that there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial of the petitioner in near future. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
