JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2018 Petitioner prays for bail in connection with Phulwari Sharif P.S.Case No. 65 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per FIR is that while informant was talking with one Anand Kumar three miscreants came in motorcycle and snatched Rs.31,400/- from him and thereafter they fled away and petitioner is not named in the FIR and it appears that he is accused in four other cases. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has not been put on T.I.P. though he is in custody since 16.3.2018 and nothing incriminating has been recovered from him except one Samsung mobile and Rs.4000/- which are not the looted articles in the present case.
