That by this application, the prayer of the petitioner is for passing an appropriate order / orders, direction/directions in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the concerned respondents to appoint the petitioner on an extreme compassionate / humanitarian ground taking into consideration of the fact that consequent upon death of his father in harness on 26.10.2019, the sole bread

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2 i.e. the District Magistrate-cum-Chairman, District Rural Development Agency, District-Aurangabad, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 2 i.e. the District Magistrate-cum-Chairman, District Rural Development Agency, District-Aurangabad, by filing fresh representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
