Mr.Dhirendra Kumar, AC to AAG6 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 15-12-2022 Petitioner's grievance is against order dated 30.05.2015 passed by the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Tribunal, Chapra, in Case No. 10 of 2014. 2.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the State Teachers Appellate Tribunal is functional and the petitioner can avail his remedies before the same. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner raises an apprehension that his application before the State, however, may be met with delay.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11670 of 2015(3) dt.15-12-2022 2/2 4.

It is, therefore, observed that pendency of the instant writ application would be a ground for the petitioner to meet the issue of delay before the State Tribunal, if the petitioner chooses to file his appeal within two weeks. 5.

With liberty, writ application is disposed of. (Madhuresh Prasad, J) shashank/- U
