JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-02-2017 Perused the affidavit filed on behalf of the Superintendent of Police, Bagaha. The plea of the petitioner is that he had voluntarily surrendered in the light of policy of the State Government, governing rehabilitation of criminals for bringing them in mainstream, as contained in letter dated 03.03.2008, which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-D. Considering the said counter affidavit, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40931 of 2016 (6) dt.15-02-2017 2/2 connection with Semra P.S. Case No. 03 of 2001. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
