JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2017 The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 147 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 326 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that save and except the fact that the petitioner was only present at the place of occurrence, no further allegation of any overt act has been levelled against the petitioner, who is a lady. Learned counsel for the State also could not controvert the said fact.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of offence and also that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and only general and

Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 147 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
