The petitioner seeks bail in Chakia P.S. Case No. 181 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

One country made pistol and two live cartridges have been recovered from possession of this petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2020. Investigation is complete.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the
