Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s). "That this is an application to quash the order dated 15.10.2019 passed by the Respondent No. 2 by which the permanent stage carriage permit has been granted to respondent-no. 5 for the route Biharsarif to Patna via Noor Sarai- Chandi after cutting the objectionable 1st trip i.e. Biharsarif to Patna via Noorsanai Chandi but the permit has been issued after cutting the 1st trip from Biharsarif to Chandi and third dn. trip of the said permit on Bus No. BR21P-4227."
