2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 360 litres illicit liquor has been recovered from a orchard. Petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, huge quantity of recovery of illicit liquor and fact that petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
