JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 29-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. At an earlier occasion prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 30.04.2015 identifying his status that of absconder. Further more, petitioner was given liberty to renew is prayer after a year in case trial is not concluded. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the trial has not yet been concluded.

Accordingly, petitioner, Narayan Sharma, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Aurangabad, in Session Trial
