In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 326, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he has caused two sharp cutting injuries to the father of the Informant. The petitioner has attached injury report from which it appears that the father of the Informant has received three grievous injuries by sharp cutting weapon. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 31.3.2016.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27016 of 2016 (3) dt.14-07-2016 At present this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, namely, Bhim Thakur is rejected.
However, liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after a period of ten months from the date of custody.
