The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

The police has recovered 7 liters of Mahua liquor. Petitioner is in jail since 24.6.2016 and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Kedar Paswan, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya, in
