The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to keep the O.P. No. 2 as wife with honour and dignity.

The learned counsel for O.P. No. 2 submits that the O.P. No. 2 is also ready to live with the petitioner in case he will keep with honour and dignity.

Under the circumstances, the petitioner is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7718 of 2017 (2) dt.28-02-2017 keep the O.P. No. 2 as his wife and for that both the petitioner and the O.P. No. 2 are directed to appear in the court below on 08.3.2017 and from there the petitioner will take away the O.P. No. 2 after giving an affidavit that he will keep the O.P. No. 2 with honour and dignity and with that condition the petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below and then the petitioner namely, Sujeet Kumar Mahto, shall be released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class-Samastipur in connection with C.R. Case No. 1577 of 2015, Trial No. 2734 of 2016. In case the petitioner will not obey the order of this Court, bail granted to the petitioner shall be cancelled by the learned court below itself.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous is hereby disposed of.
