====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-05-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ / order / direction for quashing the order dated 25.09.2014 passed by Railway Claims Tribunal in Execution Case No. 20/2014, arising out of O.A. No. 0236/2003, whereby the Learned Tribunal has issued summons to the General Manager, East Central Railway, Hajipur for personal appearance on 17.10.2014 to explain the reason for delay in execution of Court's order, failing which, necessary legal action will be initiated."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that probably, the present writ petition has been

Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
