The petitioner is languishing in custody since 11.02.2016 in connection with Tr. No. 2842 of 2016 arising out of Darpa P.S. Case No. 73 of 2015 for the offence instituted under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that there is an allegation of theft of motorcycle of the informant against unknown persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2016 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is not

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (The Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Tr.
