Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 47, 51, 52 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act.
12 liter country made liquor and some utensils which are used in manufacturing country made liquor are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 9.5.2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
