The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 326, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on the order of co-accused Kaushlendra Kumar, co-accused Ranjan Kumar inflicted injury with sickle to Chandan Choudhary as a result he fell down then co-accused Suraj Kumar inflicted injury with sickle on the neck of the informant. Subsequently, Chandan Choudhary succumbed to the injuries.

No.34386 of 2015 (02) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 Considering the fact that the overt act has been alleged only against Ranjan Kumar and Suraj Kumar, coaccused Kaushlendra Kumar and others have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 20982 of 2015 and 30488 of 2015, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) DKS/- U T
