JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-08-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.
50 litres of mahua liquor was recovered from an auto-rickshaw which is alleged to have been supplied by the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the petitioner has been roped in the present case.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35417 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 107 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad. Accordingly the application is disposed of.
