ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the First Information Report of Mahila P.S. Case No. 27 of 2013, G.R. No. 1330 of 2013. Since the case is still at the stage of investigation, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The application is disposed of with a direction to the Investigating Officer to conclude the investigation positively within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Let this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur, at Ara, through FAX at the cost of the Petitioner for its onward transmission to the Investigating Officer in connection with Mahila P.S.
