Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as various sections of the Arms Act.
Informant got information that firing was made in village Horidih and after getting the aforesaid information, he along with other police officials went there and arrested petitioner and several other villagers with firearms etc. It is said that on the basis of confessional statement of the petitioner 50 live cartridges of 315 bore and 50 live cartridges of 12 bore were recovered from the house of the petitioner.
The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that nothing was recovered from the house of the petitioner because seizure list does not bear either signature of the petitioner or his family members.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
