JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 26-03-2026 Heard Mr. Pramod Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Deepak Kumar, learned counsel for the Informant and Mr. Pawan Kumar Chaurasia, learned APP for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 20.06.2026, in connection with Nawada (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 657 of 2025, F.I.R. dated 16.06.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 140(3), 103(1), 238, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 14.06.2025 at about 09:00 P.M., the informant's son received a call on his mobile and then he left his room and did not return.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further submits that the petitioner is not

No.20449 of 2026(2) dt.26-03-2026 2/2 named in the F.I.R. and the name of the petitioner has been transpired during investigation on the basis of call detail report of mobile of deceased, namely, Golu Kumar and the petitioner was apprehended who has disclosed that he along with co-accused person, namely, Raja Kumar @ Satyam Kumar have committed the crime in question and thereafter on the basis of disclosure made by the petitioner, the dead body of the deceased was recovered from the bush and thereafter the mobile of the deceased was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the Informant as well as learned APP for the State, on the other hand, vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and there is specific and direct allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Nawada (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 657 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada.

7. Prayer is refused.
