2. In the instant petitioner, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

"This application is for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding upon the respondent authorities to issue direction to the Collector, Banka to dispose of Misc. Anganbari Appeal Case No. 96/ of 2016-17 pending before him."

3. Short question for consideration is that the petitioner's appeal (Misc. Anganbari Appeal Case No.96 of 2016-17) is

Patna High Court CWJC No.6973 of 2020 dt.22-12-2021 2/2 pending consideration before the Collector, Banka/Appellate Authority.

4. Accordingly, the Collector, Banka/Appellate Authority is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's appeal (Misc. Anganbari Appeal Case No.96 of 2016-17) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.
