JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,346,323,365,406,420,467,468 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner kidnapped the informant and kept her captive in the house of co accused Ramanand Singh and forced her to execute a sale deed in favour of Prabha Devi, the wife of the petitioner.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the sale deed was executed on 1.9.2014 after payment of due consideration amount whereas the present FIR was registered on 8.4.2015 and no application alleging anything has been filed before the Sub-

Considering the delayed lodging of the case and the accusation arising out of dispute with regard to transfer of a land, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Deoriya P.S. Case No.23 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
