JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that the petitioner is mother-inlaw of the deceased. There is no allegation of overt act against her. From the written report it appears that the dead body was found hanging. It further appears that there is no allegation of specific overt act against the petitioner in the written report. The petitioner is a lady.
