No. 13444 of 2016 wherein due to typographical mistake District- Samastipur has been typed, in place of District- Khagadia and further son of Late Ramgulam has only been typed, in place of Late Ram Gulam Ram. Though in wakalatnama, the same are correctly mentioned. It is submitted that due to that typographical mistake in the cause title of Cr. Misc. No. 13444 of 2016, the same mistake has occurred in the cause title of order dated 19.05.2016.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The mistake appears a typographical and bonafide mistake and as such, the learned counsel for the petitioner is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28671 of 2016 (2) dt.13-07-2016 2/2 permitted to make proper correction during course of the day. Accordingly, in the cause title of order dated 19.05.2016, the name of the father of the petitioner be read as son of Late Ram Gulam Ram and further in place of District- Samastipur, District Khagadia be read and accordingly, the instant criminal miscellaneous is hereby allowed.
