2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 332 of 2022 dated 09.06.2022, lodged under Section 392 of the I.P.C.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 25.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51509 of 2022, bail petition of the petitioner has been rejected.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is an accused under Section 392 of the I.P.C. which is magisterial triable in nature. He submits that charge has already been framed in this case on 17.01.2023 and thereafter, this case is running at the stage of production of prosecution evidence.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the name of the petitioner has been dragged in one another case of same nature. In the said case, he was remanded and on the said case, he is on bail. Counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2022 and he is aged about 24 years. Counsel submits that the career of the petitioner is at stake. He submits that petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on day to day basis. Keeping him in jail shall not solve the purpose of law.
7. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- VI, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 332 of 2022 dated 09.06.2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
9. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
