Taking into consideration that two litres countrymade liquor is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner, who being a lady, is in jail custody since 19-07-2016 without having any criminal antecedent, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Case No. 127 C2 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura.
