JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is case and counter case between both sides and the allegation against this petitioner is that of giving single blow over the head of the informant but the injury is simple in nature and has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Pradeep Kumar Jha be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5625 of 2017 (3) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D. Prakash, Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Purnia in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No.88 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
