JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-379, 384, 435 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code, 17 of C.L.A. Act and 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is not named and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that name of the petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused. It further appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement of co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since long.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36971 of 2016 (2) dt.05-09-2016 2/2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 86 of 2011 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, District-Aurangabad.
