2. The petitioners claims themselves to be landless persons and have approached the Circle Officer, Ghoghardiha, Madhubani for settlement of a portion of the land under the Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act.

3. If such an application is filed and is pending before the Circle Officer, Ghoghardiha then he is directed to consider the same and appropriate order be passed by him within a period of one month from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.

5. For the next one month, status-quo, as on today shall be maintained by both the parties.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Magistrate, Madhubani through FAX for its compliance. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
