JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 22-02-2017 Show-cause on behalf of Superintendent of Police, West Champaran at Bettiah has been filed. Taken on record. Superintendent of Police, West Champaran at Bettiah is physically present along with show cause. From para-5 thereof, it is evident that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined. That being so, the show cause is accepted. So far plea of petitioner is concerned, the same would not be proper for this court to revisit in the background of the fact that after rejection of the prayer at an earlier occasion vide order dated 15.09.2014 in Cr. Misc. No.20300/2014 (Annexure-1) petitioner had approached before Hon'ble Apex Court wherefrom also, been an unfortunate one.

Accordingly, instant petition lacks merit and is rejected. The learned lower court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within four months, and will finish report.
