Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-395 of the Indian Penal Code.

It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement of co-accused as well as criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, however, charge-sheet against the petitioner appears to have already been submitted.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
