The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1243 of 2014 lodged for the offences punishable under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

At the very outset it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is ready to keep his wife (opposite party No.2) with full dignity. Learned counsel for opposite party No.2 submits that opposite party No.2 is also ready to life with the petitioner.

In view of the above, let petitioner surrender in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5391 of 2017 (4) dt.28-03-2017 2/2 court below on 12.4.2017 and file a petition to that effect and on that date opposite party No.2 will also appear in the court below and after hearing both the parties the court below will allow them to live together and also release the petitioner on provisional bail to his own satisfaction and the court below will watch the conduct of both the parties for a period of six months by calling them on each month on the date fixed and on being satisfied after six months the court below will confirm the bail bond of the petitioner, otherwise the court below will pass an appropriate order as he thinks fit and proper.

With the above observations, this application is disposed of.
