The petitioners seek bail in connection with Dhhibra P.S. Case No.05 of 2026 registered for the offence under sections 8B, 20(b)(ii)C, 22, 29 and 18(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The petitioners are accused of growing opium plants. They are in custody since 25.01.2026. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioners are landless workers, who were working in the field of the land, which belongs to co-accused Premchandra Giri and Rajendra Giri.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, this bail application is allowed. 6.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad / concerned Court below, in connection with Dhhibra P.S. Case No.05 of 2026.
