The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant had entered into an agreement with co-accused, Parwati Devi, to purchase the land. Part consideration money was received by Parwati Devi, however, sale deed was not executed and subsequently the informant came to know that Parwati Devi had no title over the land. The informant asked for refund of the consideration money. The petitioners who are family members and co-villagers of Parwati Devi allegedly commonly assaulted.
Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 546 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial
