For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Jay Prakash Singh For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Akbar Ali ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 22-02-2017 Heard both sides.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ramgarh P.S. case No. 158 of 2015 under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer of petitioner for anticipatory bail was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 19.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16261 of 2016.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C. and she disclosed that she herself left her husband's house and married with Deelip Kumar.

It appears that victim was earlier married with the son of informant and informant saw the petitioner talking with the victim, who enticed her and solemnized second marriage.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5660 of 2017 (2) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is again rejected.
