This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Ghosi P.S. Case No. 427 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the relationship of the petitioner with the deceased, this anticipatory bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
