While the police was returning after apprehending one Shanti Devi along with 13 litres of Mahua wine, during midst of way apprehended petitioner along with one Lakho Devi. So far petitioner Kunti Devi is concerned, it has been alleged that 12 litres of Mahua wine has been seized from her possession. Petitioner is under custody since 25.06.2016. Accordingly, petitioner, Kunti Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati P. S. Case no.294 of 2016.
