JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323,324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution story, petitioner is said to have assaulted on the head of the informant by a piece of bamboo causing head injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the personal animosity between the parties is the reason behind the scuffle. He submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and that no grievous injury has been found to have been caused on the person of the informant.
