JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 2/ 17-04-2019 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.15749 of 2017. Earlier, petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.1872-C of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, by order dated 21.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.15749 of 2017.

Thereafter, by order dated 29.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.50735 of 2018, provisional bail of the petitioner was extended for further six months.

Now, this Court is not inclined to extend the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23863 of 2019(2) dt.17-04-2019 2/2 provisional bail of the petitioner any further. This Modification Application is, accordingly, dismissed.
