JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 27-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences punishable under sections 144, 188, 353 and 342 of the I.P.C.

Due to road accident one person was injured and for that 30 females and 50 males blocked the road and started raising slogans against the administration. They also burnt fire on the road resulting ambulance and several vehicles were obstructed for about 2/ 2 1⁄2 hours.

Submission is of false implication. The only allegation against the petitioner is that there was altercation with the petitioner and the officers on duty. Large numbers of people

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35303 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 2/2 were demanding for speed breaker on the main road. The petitioner is a law abiding citizen having no criminal antecedent and as such deserves sympathetic consideration, to which the learned A.P.P. opposes.

In the facts and circumstances as stated above, considering that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and as such the petitioner in case of his arrest or surrender within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. C.J.M. Sitamarhi in Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 151 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
