Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have caused injury on the backside of neck of the deceased as a result whereof she died then and there but the post mortem report, which has been annexed as Annexure-2 to the petition, goes to show that the doctor suspected the death of deceased as suspected case of poisoning and sent the viscera of the deceased for chemical examination. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
