Petitioner apprehends arrest in Aurangabad (Town) Police Station Case No 216 of 2018 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 471, 120B of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire case is based on documentary evidence. He submits that if the petitioner is given privilege of anticipatory bail, he would cooperate in final disposal of the trial.
The allegations against the petitioner are of committing impersonation in the process of selection for the post of Constable. The allegations are that in the application form filled by the petitioner, there is photograph which does not

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not taken part in the race as he was ill and that the allegations levelled against him are not attracted. Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner above named shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Aurangabad (Town) Police Station Case No 216 of 2018 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
