2. In the present petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for giving a direction to make implementation of order and direction passed by

Patna High Court CWJC No.5355 of 2025(2) dt.08-04-2025 2/3 Respondent No. 3 contained in Memo No. 317 dated 24.01.2024.

(ii) For giving a direction to the Respondent No. 2 and 4 to take action on the representation of the petitioner so that the order and direction passed by the Respondent No. 3 in Land dispute Case No. 22/2023 dated 24.01.2024 may be complied with.

(iii) Any other relief/reliefs which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 24.01.2024 passed in Land Dispute Case No. 22 of 2023 both parties were directed to remain in possession of demarcated land, however opposite party is disturbing the peaceful possession over the land of the petitioner. In this regard, petitioner has filed an application before the District Magistrate, Madhepura for implementation of the said order but the said application of the petitioner is not disposed of. Learned counsel further submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Madhepura for redressal of his grievance.

4. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner this case is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Madhepura. On filing of the said representation, the District Magistrate, Madhepura shall dispose of the same expeditiously
