Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 18.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 47755 of 2022. It is submitted that the present bail application has been filed seeking parity with co-accused Alok Kumar who has been granted bail by order dated 10.03.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 48861 of 2021 as the present petitioner and Alok Kumar are similarly situated as far as the allegations are concerned.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner but is not in a position to rebut the submissions made by the learned counsel for the

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2021, is a person with clean antecedent, chargesheet has been submitted, co-accused has been granted bail and keeping in view the reasoning given in the order dated 10.03.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 48861 of 2021, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 102 of 2021, N.D.P.S. Case No. 27 of 2021.
