This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 21.02.2006 passed by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in Complaint Case No. 421 of 2005 by which the learned Court below has taken cognizance against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 498(A)/406 of the IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioners has challenged the order dated 21.02.2006 in the year 2015 after an inordinate delay. This application is dismissed on the ground of delay
