Patna High Court CWJC No.8375 of 2021(4) dt.12-08-2021 2/2 Matter relates to NH-30-Patna-Bakhtiyarpur Section on BOT(4).

Present issue relates to 3.9 Kms of service road and 6 under-passes proposed for construction which could not be constructed because of restricted ROW as 8 to 10 meters of ROW is encroached by Patna Municipal Drain and for construction of road bearing drain Urban Development Department has to allocate Rs. 52.54 Crores. The issue still remains unresolved.
