2. The present petition has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 19.03.2018 passed in CWJC No. 3386 of 2016.

A show cause on behalf of the opposite party no. 6 is on record by which an order has been passed, communicated to the petitioner vide memo no. 488 dated 12.09.2019 (Annexure-A to the petition) by which the District Programme Officer, Secondary Education/Literacy, Samastipur has rejected the claim of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner wants liberty to challenge the said order.

5. Granting said liberty, the MJC No. 937 of 2024 stands disposed of.
